Managing the daily operations of Goodna Services Club, Trevor oversees the venue’s financial planning, budgeting, systems and processes, facilities, customer service and marketing. He is also responsible for recruitment and staff training along with developing programs and events to attract new members and increase existing member loyalty.
Joining Goodna Services Club in 1997, Trevor has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the day-to-day management of a licensed venue. Taking a hands-on approach, Trevor is focused on building his team and leading by example to provide exceptional customer service. Combining his vast gaming industry experience with his extensive financial expertise and customer focus, Trevor ensures that Goodna Services Club achieves and outperforms the venue’s goals and directives.
Before his role at Goodna Services Club, Trevor was the Venue Manager for ALH Group’s Pub Lane Tavern in Greenbank, and before this, he was the Centre Manager of Tudor Park Police Citizen’s Youth Club. He also played an integral role in opening the newly built venue, Chatswood Tavern.
Trevor has been President of the Liquor Industry Action Group (LIAG) – Logan Corridor and is a member of the government’s Good Sports Program Level 3. He is a qualified chef and food safety supervisor and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
